We needed it. Nobody made it. So we built it.

Fresh AV Labs builds Q-SYS plugins and embedded hardware for AV integrators. We are an independent company, born out of Fresh Tech Integrated in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spun off so the products could serve every integrator, not one. Every product on this site started as something we needed on a real install and could not buy.

The plugins handle the protocol work that standard Q-SYS scripting blocks do not handle well. The hardware covers the parts of a modern AV system that are better off with their own box: bridges to gear that does not speak Q-SYS, GPIO and tally, intelligent rack lighting. We design, manufacture, assemble and support every unit here, by the same people who wrote the firmware.

Open source from the lab

Some of what comes out of the lab is free for the community. It is all on our open-source page, with no licence key and no demo timer, and each one says what it is licensed under. If you find one useful, fork it.
